Job Description

Responsibility

• Lead the development and implementation of complex user interfaces, ensuring they are responsive, performant, and accessible across platforms.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to turn wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into fully functional, user-friendly interfaces.
• Optimize web pages for speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless experience across different devices and browsers.
• Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow between frontend and backend systems.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring high-quality code and best practices across the development team.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and frameworks, ensuring the team leverages the best tools available.
• Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in building responsive web applications.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, web performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and front-end build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, or similar.
• Ability to work in an agile environment, adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience leading front-end projects, from planning and architecture to deployment.
• Familiarity with backend technologies and RESTful APIs is a plus.
